How to Get Help in the Course

Hey there! Before we get any further in the course, let's quickly talk about the best ways to get help and learn in this course. If you ever have a question on something you should follow these steps for the best way to get an answer quickly and effectively!

1. Check the FAQ if you believe you may have a common question (it's the last lecture in the very first section of the course).

2.  Having an issue with the code? Make sure your code matches exactly the same as the notebook code shown in the video or in the course lecture notebooks!

3. Still having as issue with your code? Try doing what a data scientist would have to do on the job - check www.stackoverflow.com or search on www.google.com to see if someone has posted a similar question to yours.

4. So you've checked the FAQs, notes, videos, and tried the internet but still have trouble? No problem! Post your question to the QA forum with a detailed question and possible some example code or a screenshot of your issue. The other students and I are happy to help out!

5. Having technical issues on the Udemy platform (like audio, video, or loading issues)? Contact support@udemy.com and someone from Udemy will be in touch with you shortly to help out!

Remember to thank people for answering your questions! Also, level up your own skills by checking the QA forum and seeing if you have the knowledge to answer other people's questions!

Quick note: I apologize if Udemy prompts you too early to leave a review (I don't have control over this)
