• You don't need to go through them right now!
• But if you do have any questions on your mind maybe take a look here first!

1. The video lesson won't play?

• Have you tried a different web browser? - Firefox, Crome, Safari etc.
• Do you have a slow internet connection?
• Are any of your web pop-ups "Security feature" blocking the video from playing?

2. I'm receiving an 403 Error download error!

• Have you activated any new or different web managers for you web browser downloads?
• Do you have a slow internet connection.
  
• Have you tried a different web browser? - Firefox, Crome, Safari etc.
  
• Have you tried refreshing your web browser?

3. Where exactly is the download section for the individual work files?

• Once you play the lessons, have a look next to the player are four buttons!
• The second button is your work file download button.

4. I'm confused how do I find my way through the course?

• Once you play the lessons, have a look next to the player are four buttons!
• The first button will take you back to course sections & lessons.
• Now you'll find all sections & lessons listed next to the player.
• Select the next section or lesson and continue.

5. Where do I post my question about a specific lesson?

• Once you play the lessons, have a look next to the player are four buttons!
• The third button will open a discussion tab for questions & answers
• Before you asked, take a look at the other questions. Your question might have been asked before!

6. I'm ready to start! Do I need to buy Adobe photoshop for my computer & mobile phone?

• No! You can just purchase the computer version. "It's good enough for the start"
• It will be easier to learn photoshop on a computer, then on a mobile phone.
• You can download the free photoshop app, in which you can edit basic things later.

7. I have a different question and would like to send a personal message rather!
